Recognizing when we need help is an indication of self-awareness and strength. We often wait a long time before we're ready to say, "I'm not achieving the results I know I am capable of" or "I am stuck and need to try something different."  

 

You know yourself and your organization well and I am interested to hear your story. Reaching out isn't easy...and determining who will help you is an important decision. I will be honest about whether my expertise is a good match with your needs...and you determine if I am the right person to help. If we decide to move forward, we define goals, time frame, and cost. Then we get to work with a laser focused sense of urgency. 

 

We discuss your strengths, challenges, barriers to success...and where you want to be in two, five and ten years. We discuss the relationships you need to develop, maintain or repair in order to create the future you desire. With your permission, I obtain feedback from those who know you well. You and I will develop and refine a unique set of tools that help you stay on course. 

Because your time is valuable, our meetings will efficiently move forward, solving the issues you've declared are most important. An important indicator of our success is your ability to self-evaluate and independently make course corrections after our work concludes.
